For over a decade, I’ve been following Boho Beautiful, a platform that consistently delivers inspiration and guidance. This year, they’ve introduced a series of longer yoga sessions designed to help you ease into a sustainable practice and start the year with intention. It’s a beautiful way to create a solid foundation that you can build upon throughout the year.
