I’ve never been the biggest fan of New Year’s resolutions, as I believe you can start building routines and changing habits at any time—it’s always a good moment for a fresh start. However, January tends to be a quieter month, offering more time and space to focus on your wellbeing.

For over a decade, I’ve been following Boho Beautiful, a platform that consistently delivers inspiration and guidance. This year, they’ve introduced a series of longer yoga sessions designed to help you ease into a sustainable practice and start the year with intention.
