In this 35-minute mandala yoga flow, Sjana Elise takes us through a circular flow to shift stagnant energy, change our mood and gain new perspectives on our practice, behaviors, responses, and ourselves. “Mandala” is a Sanskrit word that means “complete” or “circle.” A spiritual symbol in many cultures, a mandala represents the universe and is often used for meditation.
