Yoga is about self-mastery and the dedicated effort to haul your attention away from your endless brooding over the past and your nonstop working about the future so that you can seek, instead, a place of eternal presence from which you may regard yourself and your surroundings with poise. Below, I have added a 60-minute yoga practice by my favorite, Boho Beautiful. It is a lovely video to watch either in the morning to start the day right or when winding down in the evening. Juliana talks about cultivating gratitude, which, to me, is the most important practice we all need to incorporate daily.

The more grateful you are, the more abundance will flow into your life. This mindset will change your outlook in the most positive way and attract all the good things. As a little recommended practice, remind yourself every day of three things you are so grateful for, and eventually, you will live in that space without even trying. We live surrounded by beauty, and there is so much to be thankful for.
