Meditation & Breathwork
Recently, a friend recommended this meditation to me. At first, I was hesitant as Tony Robbins’s voice is not typically what I enjoy being guided by. However, as this is a very active meditation with many Breathwork exercises and imagination tasks, his motivational tone works very well.
I especially liked this 15-minute priming meditation because he asks the listener to think about things they are grateful for, which automatically puts one in a better state. I always enjoy manifestation exercises and opportunities at the start of my day. I ended the session feeling empowered and clearer about what to focus on. I recommend trying it, particularly if you are a beginner and like direction.
