I want to introduce more guided breathwork sessions to Funga because it is so important to discover how you can manipulate your state by using your breath. Going through multiple rounds of breathing exercises also makes it much easier to fall into a meditative state because concentrating on your breath helps quiet the mind and calm the nervous system.

In the video below, you will be taught how to consciously turn on heavy stress for short bursts, specifically so that you can turn it off and spend the rest of your days and nights relaxing and restoring. You will be giving our nervous system a full reset.
