I wholeheartedly believe that gratitude is the key to a happy life. As Dr. Joe Dispenza says, “living in a state of gratitude is living in a state of receivership.” It is important to practice thankfulness for all the wonderful things in our lives instead of focusing energy on what we don’t have. Usually, I like to think of 3 things that I am grateful for before getting out of bed in the morning. It will set up your day in the right way.

Funga wants to highlight Alo Moves as it has a very nice 7-day gratitude program you can follow from your home. Below I have added Days 1 through 7. Each video is led by a different teacher and has a varied focus. It is a great way to start integrating yoga into your everyday life and observe the shifts it produces.
