Funga came across this wonderful 60-minute Intermediate Hip-Opening Vinyasa Flow. It is perfect for doing when you are feeling either sore or anxious. Stress is mainly stored in the hip area, so any hip-opening flow is guaranteed to release some of that stagnant energy.

The class is led by Hana Lukac, who is the director at Mula Yoga. “Mula Yoga is deeply rooted in the belief that strengthening the practice of yoga will significantly improve the quality of life.” Hana’s style is best described as a fusion of Creative Vinyasa, Para Yoga, and Smart Flow.
