Funga has added this 50-minute Shoulder Opening Vinyasa Flow because I have always found heart-opening poses to be very beneficial to mental and physical health. They help to improve circulation and increase flexibility in the chest and shoulders. I have also been told that heart-opening poses can help improve lung function and capacity, which is essential when trying to reduce anxiety and depression. Correct breathing is the basis for good health.

The class is led by Hana Lukac, who is the director at Mula Yoga.
